Private Label & Contract Manufacturing for the U.S. and European Markets
Choose the path that matches where your product is today. Our Texas team leads the commercial relationship and project coordination. Our Bulgarian operation handles formulation, manufacturing, filling and quality.
Project paths
Adaptable Base Formulation
Start with a proven base and tailor active ingredients, fragrance, color and packaging to your positioning and target cost.
Custom Formulation
Develop an original formula around your customer, performance brief, claims strategy, packaging and target cost.
Benchmark-Led Product Development
Use a market reference to define the brief. We develop an independent formula designed to achieve the agreed texture, application profile and consumer experience.
Formula Transfer & Scale-Up
Bring us your formula. We review manufacturability, run pilot work, establish process parameters and scale it for repeatable commercial production.
MOQ, scope and commercial terms are quoted for each project.
Geography
Managed from Texas. Manufactured in Europe.
A U.S.-based commercial team and a European manufacturing operation work as one project structure — from product brief to released batch.

- Proposals and contracts
- U.S. market-entry, import, warehousing and fulfillment coordination where included in scope

- Formulation and R&D
- Pilot and commercial batches, filling and packaging
- Quality control and batch release
- EU and export documentation coordination
One project owner. One approved scope. Clear handoffs between commercial, technical and manufacturing teams.
Your contract is signed with AdvancedMedicalProducts LLC, Houston, Texas — a commercial and project management office, not a production site. Manufacturing is carried out at the European operation in Varna, Bulgaria. The contracting and manufacturing entities that apply to your project are named in the project contract; site-level details are in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Formats, viscosities and packaging compatibility are confirmed in a feasibility review before we quote.
Mechanical spray formats are available for liquid products where compatibility is confirmed. We do not manufacture aerosols or decorative cosmetics.
Categories with additional regulatory requirements — products for children and sun protection, for example — are assessed case by case against manufacturing and registration feasibility.
Market readiness
Built for U.S. and EU Market Requirements
Regulatory scope is defined for each product and target market. We coordinate the documentation, reviews and specialist services required for a market-ready launch.
How the market works
Cosmetics sold in the United States are not subject to FDA premarket approval; color additives are the exception. Under MoCRA, the responsible person handles facility registration, product listing, safety substantiation and adverse-event reporting.
Project support
- Ingredient and label review
- Cosmetic-versus-drug claim boundary review
- Safety substantiation package coordination
- MoCRA facility registration and product listing support where applicable
- U.S. net-quantity and label-format review
How the market works
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires a Responsible Person established in the EU, a Cosmetic Product Safety Report and a Product Information File, plus CPNP notification before a product is placed on the market.
Project support
- Ingredient and label review under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009
- Responsible Person coordination
- CPSR and PIF coordination
- CPNP notification support
- Multilingual labeling and claims coordination
Regulatory scope is defined in the project proposal. Services requiring an independent Responsible Person, safety assessor, laboratory or other qualified specialist are coordinated through approved partners.
