1. About the website

advmedicalpro.com is operated by AdvancedMedicalProducts LLC, 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #30731, Houston, Texas 77064, USA. The Houston office is the commercial and project-management location and is not a production site. Contract manufacturing for private-label and related projects is performed at the European manufacturing operation in Varna, Bulgaria. The contracting party, manufacturing site and any other entities that apply to a project are named in the written project contract.

The site provides information about AdvMedicalPro services, Advanced Medical Products group brands (ELIVA, ORTOLEKS, MASTERHEAL, ORTODISEPT, AktivReducto), and partnership programs. Content is for general B2B information.

2. No medical advice

Product and innovation content is not medical advice. Always follow product labeling and consult qualified professionals where required.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not disrupt, scrape, or attack the website.
  • Do not use contact forms for spam or unlawful content.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Intellectual property

Trademarks, texts, images, and downloadable materials are owned by Advanced Medical Products group companies or licensors. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

5. Product information

We aim for accurate product information but do not warrant completeness. Availability, formulations, and regulatory status vary by market. Manufacturing, filling, packaging, quality and logistics scope are agreed separately in writing. The Texas office does not itself manufacture product.

Formula rights — ownership, license or permitted use of a formula developed or transferred under a project — are defined in the written project contract for the selected development model. Independent specialists (including a Responsible Person, safety assessor or laboratory) may be coordinated for a project; their role is named in that contract.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AdvancedMedicalProducts LLC and related entities are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, unless mandatory local consumer or business protection laws require otherwise.
